How to Measure Curtains

Measuring the Width

Tracks

Measure the width of the track from end to end.

Pole

Measure the width of the pole, excluding finials.

Measuring the Length (Drop)

Tracks

Measure from the top of the track to where you’d like the curtain to finish.

Pole

Measure from the bottom of the curtain ring to where you’d like the curtain to finish.

Pole (Eyelet Heading)

Measure from the top of the pole to where you’d like the curtain to finish.

Above Sill

Above sill curtains usually finish around 1cm above the window sill.

Below Sill

Below sill curtains usually finish around 15cm below the window sill.

Floor Length

Floor length curtains usually finish around 1cm above the floor.
