Changed your mind? No problem. Find our instructions below and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

The Pure Edit items that are made to order or cut to length are non-refundable. With most of our items being bespoke, we always recommend ordering samples before you place an order to make sure you are happy with your choice. We have a comprehensive sample service, with all of our fabric, wallpaper and paint available to be sent to you as swatches, samples or tester pots.


Returning in-stock items

As our cushions, cushion covers, ready-made curtains and bedding are available from stock, you are able to return these items if you have changed your mind. These items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To generate a returns note, please contact us, providing the following information:

Your order number

The item(s) you are looking to return

The reason for your return

Your contact number.

You must communicate with our customer care team before you attempt to return an item. Upon receiving your request, the team will generate a free returns label for you, so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself.

Subject to the item being returned in its original condition, we will issue the refund within 5 working days of the receipt of the item, with the refund being made to the original payment method. We will contact you if we have any queries about your return.


Incorrect or faulty items

In the unlikely situation that you receive the wrong item or a faulty item, please notify our customer services department immediately by calling 0330 055 2996 or contact us. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first as we must firstly investigate this before advising you as to the outcome.

We are not able to accept responsibility for wear and tear, accidental damage and neglect or misuse.
